Our only purpose is to improve, maintain and protect hearing and therefore we only hold and process data that is necessary for your audiological care. The type of information we collect will vary depending on your relationship with us.

Personal data given at the time of making an appointment and during initial consultations, treatment and aftercare appointments is held securely in both paper and computer records. Robust measures are in place to ensure the integrity and security of this data at all times.

Should you purchase hearing devices or hearing protection products from us then we will need to share some of your personal and clinical data with the manufacturer. We will explain this to you at the time of order and gain your consent.

We may be legally obliged to share your clinical records with your GP should we identify a reason to refer you for further investigation.

We will not share your data with any other 3rd parties.

We may also contact you to remind you of forthcoming appointments. Should you prefer us not to contact you for this reason then you may opt-out of this service at any time.

When you first provide us with your personal data we will ask for your preferred method of contact. Please inform us of any changes to your contact information so we can keep this up to date.
